The style, humor and colorful action inherent in Saints Row are preserved. After the defeat of the villain of the previous part, a new villain Satan comes to take his place, against whom two main characters oppose: Johnny Gat - very hot, defiant, ruthless, unceremonious and self-confident. Kinzie Kensington - the complete opposite of Gat.During Kinzie's birthday celebration on the ship, Matt brings a board for communicating with spirits, which caused the portal to Hell to open. Through which the main antagonist kidnaps the protagonist of the fourth part. Johnny and Seiford go into the portal after him. In Hell, the heroes meet Dane Vogel, who is one of the antagonists of the previous series. Dane gives them a broken halo of Lucifer, thanks to which the characters gain the ability to fly The Gat Out of Hell add-on did not do without signature equipment.The game has 7 unique weapons that represent the seven deadly sins:
- Uriel's Blade - the sword of a fallen angel (Envy)
- The Hangman - a talking pistol that strikes enemies with clots of energy (Pride)
- Boom Chica - a shotgun from the muzzle of which spirits fly out (Lust)
- Chair-o-geddon - a chair with rocket launchers under the footrest and with miniguns in the armrests (Laziness)
- Diamond Sting - a pistol made of precious metals and stones, shooting diamonds (Greed)
- The Last Supper - reminiscent of a laser weapon, but shooting caramel (Gluttony)
- Ark of the Covenant - a huge golden revolver, with an ark on the sight bar (Wrath)
The protagonists, Get and Agent Kensington, will have to travel through Hell full of story and side quests, battle demonic creatures and many collectibles scattered throughout the open world of the Underworld, consisting of five islands. Also, for completing quests, the "Wrath of Satan" scale is filled, when a certain number of points is collected, new videos and abilities are opened.
