Shoot Many Robots begins in the main character's van. The player is given a choice of equipment. He chooses from five items: the only weapon with infinite ammunition, a special gun with limited shells, a hat, pants and a backpack. Equipment affects such characteristics as: damage dealt, amount of health and movement speed. Certain items can provide new opportunities. For example, with a jetpack, the protagonist will be able to fly. The user can re-complete completed tasks to earn money or replay a level they liked. During the passage, you will have to go through 2 paths. The first stage is passing the location from the start to the end, killing the boss or a large number of enemies. Stage 2 is survival, where you will need to fight stronger robots, passing further. The main character fights opponents using regular or special weapons, and also uses melee attacks. Some opponents have their own abilities, defense mechanisms or other features. The gamer will need to dodge slow-flying shells or missiles of enemy robots. Opponents have their own strengths and weaknesses. Some of them are vulnerable from the front, but they do not take damage if hit from behind. In multiplayer mode, players will team up to fight robots. If one of the participants dies, the second will be able to resurrect him. In online mode, the number of opponents is increased, as is the difficulty of the passage.
