Shox offers a unique process in three different environments: arid, jungle and ice. Each track includes three important shock zones that require timely completion to receive rewards, classified as gold, silver or bronze. Failure to meet the minimum bronze time will cancel any medals. Unlike the usual modes, the project simplifies the process into a single championship, covering 30 races in five leagues, where participants drive 24 licensed rally cars. The garage includes such vehicles as the Subaru Impreza WRC, Porsche Cayenne Turbo and Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. These cars show visual damage and track debris, and also have an arcade control system. Revenue from races goes to repair or upgrade cars. Multiplayer mode allows up to four users to participate in a split screen, including racing or capture the flag modes. An add-on is the Shox Wave, triggered by reaching gold time in three zones, which causes a continuous accumulation of funds, although it temporarily disables the Zone system. Navigating this wave requires catching up with it before it reaches the next checkpoint, marked by distorted visuals and increased difficulty at high speeds. Success moves the wave forward, prompting the user to catch up again.
