Skirmish Line

Skirmish Line is a hand-drawn strategy game with a familiar genre top-down view of the theater of operations. Imperial Japan attacks American units, circumstances are constantly changing, the situation is impossible to predict. To stop the enemy, you will have to adapt to the harsh military conditions: dig trenches, wisely distribute dwindling resources and provisions, improve conditions in the soldiers' barracks and treat the wounded. There will be plenty of meat in Skirmish Line: bloodily drawn fatal injuries, brutal shelling, burning alive make the passage in any of the three modes extremely tense.Features of regime tactics:

• When choosing Deep Defense, it is necessary to repel the onslaught of fanatical Japanese from three positions. Capture of each strategically important point forces the troops to retreat to the next. The player can independently decide on this step if he chooses the prerogative of preserving the command staff when the enemy's offensive turns out to be too strong.
• Holding the Point resembles reconnaissance with the receipt of command points necessary for training new soldiers, purchasing weapons and strengthening objects. Here, retreat is not allowed and only forward movement is possible.
• Finally, the Campaign Mode provides the widest range of actions during the execution of tasks received from the command staff. Solving the tasks will require the commander to have common sense, composure and the ability to weigh the degree of risk, because often you will have to consciously choose between human casualties and the success of the campaign. The higher the commander's reputation, the more dangerous the new assignments will be. For combat trials, the player is promoted in rank, being awarded a ribbon or medal. Awards provide the unit with improved weapons, equipment and strategic tactics.
