Spirit Hunter: NG is the second part of the adventure game series. It belongs to the genre of visual novel and is made in the spirit of horror. The storyline complements the story known from the previous episode. The main character is a young man trying to find out what happened to his missing younger sister. Unfortunately, the task turns out to be extremely dangerous - in order to save the girl, the main character will have to fight monstrous villains and face dangerous ghosts. The game consists mainly of viewing illustrations, reading text and random choices in situations that affect the further course of events. The creators have prepared a special mechanic called the "Judge System", which allows you to react differently to emerging situations - the player is not limited to several predetermined options, as is the case with most other games related to the genre in question. The user will explore locations where the ordinary is combined with supernatural elements, which makes them even more disturbing. The hero often has to look for clues in various places. He does this with his flashlight, but you should be careful - sometimes you will find more than you want, and thereby expose yourself to additional danger. You can only go through the story alone. The game offers interesting two-dimensional graphics, which consist of manga illustrations created by an artist named Sumio Fumiya. The art style is restrained, and the colors are quite cool. Much attention was paid to the correct expression of emotions (for example, fear) on the characters' faces.
