Spirits of the Silicium Forest is a turn-based roguelike deck builder, which takes place in a world where mythology and technology intertwine. The user controls Heron, a young girl who has suffered a fate she never expected. With the help of strategic deck building and tactical positioning, she must go through battles with mysterious spirits inhabiting the Silicium Forest. In two different modes - story and role-playing - users will be able to go on a journey through the story or go through difficult gameplay.Combat depends not only on the right choice of map. Positioning matters, affecting how abilities interact with enemies and the environment. Spirits of the Silicium Forest features over 200 unique abilities, allowing for a variety of builds to suit different playstyles. Runes add another layer, allowing for creative solutions to problems that might otherwise seem insurmountable. Unlike traditional deckbuilders, the title shifts the focus from deck building to a broader system of interconnected mechanics.Items, summons, and character movement all play a role in shaping the course of each battle. The story follows Heron, chosen for the honors she never sought. Growing up in a village where sacrifices are made to protect themselves, she learns from her mother - a former priestess from another tribe - that she must escape. This revelation sets her on a path where she must rethink everything she believed in.
