Starpoint Gemini Warlords is a global game in a Sci-fi setting, combining several genres. This is a strategy, spaceship simulator and role-playing game at the same time. The project provides only a single-player mode, several campaigns are available for completion, each with its own unique victory conditions.In SPG Warlords, events unfold in the future, when people have learned to move between the stars and conquered many star systems. Depending on the selected campaign, the player will control various game factions. Among them will be refugees from Earth, pirates, smugglers and alien invaders.Initially, the gamer will have only one starship or a small fleet under control. The character starts in one of the sectors of space, the game map itself is huge and consists of many sectors. Over time, the player will discover new sections of the map by completing trade and combat missions. For completing missions, ranks are awarded - analogues of levels and money. Ranks are necessary for pumping up the skills of controlling starships, new spaceships and upgrades for them are bought for money. Players will also be able to capture structures located in outer space. They can be used to build fleets of combat starships, build mining complexes and defensive structures.
