Stranded Dick is a romantic, adult adventure in which players take control of a young boy who has just graduated from high school. He and his classmates rent a yacht to celebrate graduation and spend one last summer together. In the midst of a party, an accident occurs, resulting in the ship catching fire. Trying to escape, the protagonist finds himself on a deserted island.

As you control the main character, Stranded Dick will have to explore a deserted continent to find your friends who are still alive. You control the hero in first person. Coincidentally, most of those who find themselves on the island are hot girls who are eager to be rescued. The gameplay is a visual novel, in which you need to communicate with the characters and choose one of the available lines of dialogue. The lines you choose and the decisions you make affect the relationship between the characters and the further connections between them.

Detailed bed scenes are an important feature of the game. Helping girls you can have sexual relations with them. All of the heroines have their own indi vidual appearance, and are also represented by completely different characters.
