Despite the historicity and the presence of scenarios, the player himself chooses a nation he likes and leads it to victory, not paying attention to possible unrealistic or lack of logic.Battles in Strategic Command WW2: World at War are held in a turn-based mode. Events unfold on an extensive and detailed map that takes into account the configuration of settlements, terrain and front line. To successfully conduct military operations, it is necessary to equip your own line of long-term fortifications and carefully prepare them. Fortified areas must be occupied by detachments of the armed forces that are able to effectively hold the defense. Creating strategic reserves will help carry out lightning-fast counterattacks and go on the offensive throughout the entire area. Do not forget about the development of the economic state of the state, because only a strong economy wins the war. Diplomacy is also given a lot of attention, because many combinations cannot be pulled off without a strong friend's shoulder.
