The gameplay takes place in the mid-20th century in the retro-futuristic city of Punchbowl. This is a fictional world in which you can meet laser weapons, flying cars, holograms and many other high-tech machines. Eating the brains of people, the main character will restore the lost health. Some opponents can be forced to go to your side by turning him into a zombie.

In battles, you can use cool and original ways to kill your opponents. Forcibly rip out the hands of enemies to use them as clubs.
