Tempest Citadel is a unique indie project that combines several game genres. The player controls a group of earthlings who crashed near a planet inhabited by several hostile alien races. To win the game, you need to take control of all regions of the planet, controlling troops from an air base - a sky citadel.In the Sky Citadel, the player will initially control 1 starship with several dozen earthlings lying in cryogenic chambers. Then, according to the plot, a fortress floating in the clouds will be captured. It will become a new home for colonists. Research laboratories, factories, and defensive turrets are built on it. Resources for construction are obtained after completing combat missions.Game events are divided into several phases. Places for the next attacks are selected on the global map. In the base menu, construction is carried out, research is launched, soldiers are upgraded and implants are installed. Initially, each resident of the colony can choose one of 5 specializations. These are a soldier, a scout, an engineer, a medic, and a scientist. Then a number of professions can be developed and improved. Each class is good at one thing and gives certain bonuses. For example, scouts help get more things after completing a combat mission.
