Terminator 3: War of the Machines borrows only some ideas from the film series, and is an independent project with its own plot. So, it is based on the already familiar conflict between people and the Skynet organization, on whose side combat robots act. Each side has a certain set of weapons and gadgets, allowing you to resort to different tactics. However, the main task remains unchanged - the destruction of the enemy squad and the capture of key enemy points on the map. Yes, there is no plot as such, and everything comes down to shootouts with subsequent scoring and recording of the final result. Formally, all fights in the game Terminator 3: War of the Machines take place in deathmatch mode. This means that as soon as one of the fighters dies, he almost immediately returns to the battle (to be more precise - after 10 seconds). For people, as well as for robots, there are 5 unique classes of heroes with their own guns, strengths and weaknesses. There are stormtroopers with machine guns and average armor, fighters with grenade launchers, snipers and other units. In addition, transport is available for use, which also has weapons installed. Some barrels have alternative firing modes, so you can easily respond to enemy attacks, even if the main supply has run out. But even in this case, there is a way out - you can return to the untouchable part of the base, replenishing the supply of ammunition and health. And to improve coordination on the battlefield, you can give orders using pre-prepared commands. Thus, teammates will provide cover or go on the offensive, while the gamer will be laying down barrage fire.
