Terraformers

Terraformers is a city-building strategy, where the gamer will be entrusted with the creation of colonies on a planet called Mars. It uses turn-based control mechanics, it is possible to pause the gameplay and calmly study the situation. Due to the lack of enemies, the gamer can relax and study the planet, extract rare materials that are valuable on Earth, equip new research centers and similar actions. Most of the gameplay takes place on a global map, and when colonies are being set up, the view switches and they can be viewed much closer. An important part is the creation of expedition groups with people with different characteristics. This is necessary so that the colonizers can expand their territories, as well as to find new mineral deposits and replenish their reserves. Resources are used in almost everything, so there are more than 10 of them. In order to be able to develop on an alien planet, the player will have to carefully monitor the reserves of provisions and other materials, because the colony consumes more and more of them as it grows. A deficit of one of the resources can lead to serious problems and throw back the development of society on the red planet. When a certain amount of materials has accumulated, they can be used to create new technologies that were previously inaccessible to humanity.
