The 25th Ward: The Silver Case continues the Silver Case series, where the events unfold 6 years after what happened in the predecessor. The plot centers on characters from the 25th Ward, who are investigating a series of murders. The visual novel offers to try on the role of three different heroes of each storyline, which are divided into 5 episodes.Protagonists and plot of the scenarios:

• Correctness - Mokutaro Shiroyabu and Shinko Kuroyanagi act in the newly created 25th Ward, investigating brutal and strange murders.
• Matchmaker - Shinkai Tsuki works as an officer of the local Adaptation department, performing various feats in the process of interacting with the criminal world.
• Placebo - the original hero named Tokyo Morishima works on cases under the direction of the mysterious Goddess. Kamui Uehara soon appears here, which unites the 3 parts of the story.

In Kanto, a coastal region, a mysterious murder occurs, setting off a series of strange events involving unusual people, including detective Tokyo Morishima.
