The Battle of Sol

The Battle of Sol is a space action game set in the year 2500. By that time, Earth had become uninhabitable due to toxic emissions. Overpopulation and deteriorating quality of life forced humans to conquer space. However, as soon as humanity founded colonies in their home system, they were shocked by the news that the Sun was dying. Faced with an overwhelming wave of problems, earthlings founded the United Colonies of SOL and set out to find a new home. The player will have to try on the role of one of two characters: Lieutenant Williams or Brother Elius. Piloting various ships, they will fight mysterious opponents who have invaded their native solar system from outside. You can experience both super-heavy spaceship battles and fast fighter skirmishes or raids on space stations. And you will have to learn to control each new spaceship almost from scratch. They have different parameters of weight, speed, health, as well as different weapons and other equipment. The story campaign consists of 21 missions. In them, you will have to fight with aggressive and smart AI, flying from the first or third person. Opponents are taught complex maneuvers and are not shy about using them. After completing the tasks, the command will issue medals, the merit of which is justified by the player's combat skills. In addition, support for modifications potentially provides an influx of new missions and equipment, and therefore replayability.
