The Charnel House Trilogy is a narrative that follows the rails of gothic horror, slowly fueling anxiety about the unknown, and building up the atmosphere through dialogues with charismatic but mysterious characters. Gameplay - this is a point and click quest with an emphasis on the narrative, where you have to solve puzzles, enter conversations, explore locations and try to find a way out of the current situations. • Inhale - we get to know the main character Alex Davenport and her story, in which she is trying to survive a breakup with her boyfriend Gavin. The girl decides to go to another city, to her friend Kat. Here the player will encounter many references to pop culture, music, video games.
• Tomb - brings a new character to the forefront - Dr. Gerald Lang and his background, why he decided to get on the train and go on a long journey. His carriage is mystically empty, it seems that all existing life has left the train. The heroes react quite calmly to the circumstances, in their conversation you can hear only a slight confusion, followed by misunderstanding.
• Grave - interaction of key persons reaches its maximum, while neither the gamer nor the heroes understand what is happening and what it will lead to. Trying to convince yourself that this is just a bad dream - the problem is not solved
• Exhalation - conclusion, when otherworldly horrors are replaced by reality, which is no less disgusting and cruel, being a product of the world in which people live.
