The Curse of Monkey Island is a point-and-click adventure and the 3rd part in the cult Monkey Island game series. The player will again have to act as the main character named Guybrush Threepwood, who continues to find misadventures even where they, it would seem, should not be. This time he will have to fight the zombie pirate LeChuck, who is also laying claim to Guybrush's lady love named Elaine. The player will once again have to immerse himself in the atmosphere of a classic adventure quest with an updated interface, new puzzles and an even more open world for exploration. The game still has 2 difficulty modes: for experienced players of the genre and beginners who are not yet accustomed to the interface, or have not really played quests before. The game The Curse of Monkey Island will feature even more lines of dialogue with colorful characters familiar to the player from previous parts, and will also add new quests, puzzles, locations, and characters that will immerse the player in an exciting adventure about pirates, ghosts and treasures - a great many treasures, including cursed ones - which will put the main character in often not the most advantageous, but very intriguing situations. Players can expect dozens of new levels, with previously unexplored locations of the Monkey Island, as well as new and old characters who will help to uncover the secret of the island, every now and then complementing the atmosphere of the game with their playful and ironic phrases.
