The History Channel: Crusades - Quest for Power - a story about the struggle between two groups, made in the form of a strategy. The user is invited to look at a certain conflict, the participants of which remain nameless. The events unfold in the Middle East - there are battles between Europeans and Muslims. The player is allowed to participate in two campaigns for each of the sides, thanks to which he gets a more complete picture of what is happening. These campaigns consist of 8 missions. In The History Channel: Crusades - Quest for Power there are 4 types of fighters used during battles. Among them there are two types of melee soldiers - a knight and a swordsman. Their difference is that knights have a larger supply of armor, inflict more noticeable damage, and also move slower compared to swordsmen. There are also long-range archers who are able to keep the opponent at a distance and destroy him, not allowing him to come close. The last type is priests. They are represented by doctors who are able to replenish the health of wounded soldiers. In order to expand the army, you will have to spend gold - you can get it from special chests scattered around the map. In addition, it drops from killed opponents. Combat units are directly hired in tents - the only buildings available for construction, which must be located on designated areas.
