The Journeyman Project 2: Buried in Time is a quest that tells the story of one operative of the Temporal Security Agency No. 5 named Gage Blackwood. The plot begins six months after the end of the previous game. A double of the hero appears near his house. He says that in the future he will be seriously set up and hands over a nano-suit with a built-in time machine. At this moment, the ABV employees break into the door and arrest the double. From this point on, the main events of The Journeyman Project 2: Buried in Time begin. The gameplay has changed slightly compared to the previous part. Instead of hide-and-seek and sword fights, Gage will be busy solving many puzzles and repairing a huge number of complex futuristic mechanisms. All this is necessary in order to collect evidence that justifies his innocence, and at the same time proves the Agency's involvement in a global conspiracy. It is not necessary to completely clear the locations. You just need to find the main evidence or those that will help to discard the members of the AVB. However, the search for all the evidence is encouraged by the developers and the game itself. The complexity of the quest has increased significantly. One of the reasons is improved visualization. Due to a more detailed and interactive environment, the locations have become richer and more extensive, where there is a high probability of missing something interesting and important. The protagonist will be accompanied by an artificial intelligence named Arthur, who will always be able to give advice and tips if the hero finds himself in a dead end.
