The guy goes in search of the missing girl, meeting allies along the way and discovering the secrets of the universe.The gameplay of The Last Remnant is presented in three separate areas on the screen, which the player operates depending on the character's actions. The location screen reflects the protagonist and his interactions with NPCs; the world map allows you to instantly teleport between cities and regions; the battle screen is activated only during a clash with enemies. The combat is based on the principle of a team turn-based system. This means that all of the player's units enter the battle at the same time, setting the target and type of attack. To use special moves, you need action points, accumulated during the battle.Last Remnant has a well-developed lore and atmosphere. The fantasy universe is divided into several states inhabited by four races, each of which is ruled by a city ruler who owns a magical artifact.
