The artist girl in The Longest Journey lives in a world that is divided into 2 parts. In the fantasy old-school puzzle there is Arcadia, where magic reigns along with chaos, and Stark, where science and order reign. These territories maintain a delicate balance, which is one day disturbed by the Vanguard corporation. The heroine must return the former order to her Universe.Endless Journey - characters:

• April Ryan - the protagonist, who received the ability to move between worlds. One day, the girl accidentally ends up in Arcadia.
• White Dragon - White Mother, who soon dies, giving birth to a daughter. The heiress replaced her mother, becoming one of the two Drake Keens living in the magical land.
• Cortez is a mysterious old man who mentors April and the second Drake Keene from Stark. Dies after a fight with Jacob McAllen.
• Jacob McAllen - a rich man who founded the Church of Voltec - a cult in a scientific country that became part of the Vanguard. Drake Keene, who wanted to destroy the balance.
• Gordon Halloway - McAllen's assistant, the next and last Guardian of the Balance.
• Charlie and Emma - April's comrades.

Gameplay-wise, the game is positioned as a point-and-click adventure. The character moves, searches and picks up the necessary items, moving between active screens - all according to the canons of the classics. The girl herself runs away from her drunken father and mother, who does not care about her. The character ends up in Newport, planning to enter the local art academy. Lives in a hotel with a lesbian couple, suffers from nightmares and creative crisis. Soon the girl will have to save her Universe, acquiring allies and fighting enemies.
