Restoring ancient mines, forges, and halls adds even more depth. The narrative also delves into the rich history of the dwarves, their individual clans, and the aftermath of Sauron's demise. There is a robust character creation tool that allows customization of dwarven avatars. In addition to the single-player mode, there is the ability to form alliances in online co-op multiplayer for up to eight players.
