The Mortuary Assistant is a scary story set in a morgue, a place that is considered creepy and unpleasant even without any mystical incidents. The protagonist, a medical student, arrives at the morgue for an internship. He is supposed to assist the doctor, serving as a dissector, but something goes wrong - and all that is found is a sheet of paper with tasks that he will have to cope with alone. The River Fields Mortuary has a bad reputation, because rumor connects it with autopsies of victims of possession or paranormal phenomena. A reasonable person does not pay attention to fairy tales, but it is not so easy to ignore tales in dark cold corridors where the dead lie.Outside the window there is impenetrable darkness, and on the table lies the corpse of a dead old woman. She will have to be autopsied, following written procedures and using extensive medical instruments. However, the autopsy will not be an easy task, because there is something sinister both in the deceased and in the entire environment around. The light disappears, mysterious signs appear on the walls, and the protagonist can no longer clearly recognize what is really happening and what is imagining it. However, no matter how his nerves are naughty, the work must continue. The game is not yet finished and only a demo version is available, showing users the gameplay, combining horror with a dissector simulator.
