The Settlers: History Collection Collector's Edition contains all 7 games of the franchise that were created by the developers at the time of the release of the collection. The projects have been reworked. New game modes and the ability to automatically save, which was absent at the beginning, were added to the old versions. Where it was possible, they pulled up the graphics, for example, new games in the series will pull the picture in 4K format.Any game in The Settlers: History Collection is a city building simulator, with its own set of game rules and laws. At the beginning, the player has access only to the central stronghold - a fortress or castle. Nearby are the resources necessary for the functioning of the colony. These are deposits of ore and stone, forests and lakes. In the forest area, wood is mined and animals are hunted, and in the water, fish are caught, which are also used as food.To extract resources, you will need to build a building. As soon as the structure is erected, a new settler leaves the stronghold: now he will be engaged in the extraction of raw materials or the production of unique materials and goods. In addition to buildings, the game pays much attention to logistics. For the normal functioning of farms, mines, sawmills and manufactories, it is necessary to lay roads connecting the buildings that are combined into one industrial scheme.
