People have populated the far corners of space. The more humanity spreads across the galaxy, the more difficult it becomes for law enforcement to control their behavior. Police reform is becoming tougher, which is why a lot of people end up in prison. You are one of the prisoners who is sent to the Koeyt research complex, where the gameplay of The Subject begins. You will explore a huge station and solve many puzzles. You will need to remember the intricacies of the corridors and the necessary sections, where you need to return periodically. To advance through the story, you need to collect items and quest objects. All this time, you will be monitored. Periodically, you should return to the biodata terminal to remove the record of your vital signs, because if you do not do this, you will be removed from the program by euthanasia. The gameplay is based on survival and stealth skills.
