The Testing Chamber is not exactly a game in the usual sense of the word. The developers, not for the first time, create a rather ornate psychological test, wrapped in a playful form. The project does not have battles, traps and other familiar things. Instead, the main character wanders through gloomy dungeons and rainy locations, studying the environment. Interacting with objects, the gamer, in addition to receiving information about the world, will often be faced with a choice. Any decision made is important and will have consequences throughout the plot. Visually simple style and gameplay that does not challenge the player hide a complex internal filling. The messages are addressed not so much to the nameless protagonist as to the person sitting at the monitor. Choice and its results are the central theme of the project. Even small things, seemingly unimportant, gradually come together to form a single puzzle. The next step in the gloomy halls of the test chambers brings us closer not only to the ending, but also to the answer to who the player himself is. Z Testing Chamber is a social experiment designed to make the gamer think and analyze their own decisions. The provided variability also implies the branching of the plot. The narrative is presented using the impressions of the protagonist, the text of the found messages and comments of the invisible Observer. There are no saves in the game, so the consequences of the player's actions are inevitable, and each new playthrough can become a different story.
