The Troop takes players back to 1944, when on June 6 at dawn a large-scale operation began in Western Europe to repel the German invaders and rid the lands of horror. This date was called D-Day. It all begins with a landing on the coast and all further fields, forests, villages will become a continuous battlefield, where fierce battles will take place. You have to coordinate movements and direct infantry, tank and motorized units to suppress enemy forces. Each mistake has consequences and losses, artificial intelligence will not stupidly stand and wait for its fate, it will be necessary to think, think over a strategy and deliver clear, accurate blows until the end of the campaign. The Troop can be compared to a board game, since all actions are performed with medium dynamics. First, you need to reconnoiter the location, assess the combat capabilities of the enemy units, try to determine the least protected flank and make a rapid attack, strike one after another and not give them time to come to their senses. Sometimes you can retreat with the aim of a deceptive maneuver, force them to make an erroneous discovery and cover them with a salvo of guns. The spiritual mood is also important, for example, of the infantry, if the soldiers see that the approach was made competently, they will continue to advance. To keep their motivation stable, it would not hurt to hide a couple of guns in a barely noticeable point and, using the effect of surprise, strengthen the offensive. All missions are fictional, but their basis is taken from reliable facts and stories to create the appropriate atmosphere. There is no history in the plot, but emotions will please.
