Thousand Threads Is an action-adventure simulator in which the player must try himself as an atypical postman. The duties of the protagonist include not only walking to the place of delivery of letters, but also battles with enemies with the help of a faithful weapon - a slingshot. Also, the protagonist is exploring locations in order to look for various artifacts and valuable objects. All this content, added to their own project by a group of indie developers, does not let the gamer get bored and provides the right level of variety. The non-linearity of the passage is ensured by the fact that each event and assignment can be completed in several ways, and the huge number of achievements in the list of awards motivates to try all available options.

The single-player storyline campaign is generated at launch, which means that each new save will allow you to enjoy a unique universe. Not only tasks are changing, but also the characters of people that are encountered on the path of a virtual protégé. The gamer is free to decide on his own how to deal with this or that person for whom he delivers the letter. Also, moving around the endless world, the player may stumble upon robberies or assassination attempts. Here, too, a choice is offered, which side to take. In addition to the main plot tasks, the user can engage in the usual contemplation of landscapes, picking berries and mushrooms, hunting wild animals to get skins, which will be useful in crafting various things necessary for travel.
