Tick! Tack! is a project that is the second episode in the Shuffle series of visual novels!, released after the game of the same name. The developers used the original concept of the previous part of the series, but created a new story with a different set of characters. The game is an eroge visual novel, revealing the story through dialogues and text descriptions visualized by character sprites. The user will make choices that determine the further course of the plot, and lead the story to one of the possible endings, along the way discovering erotic scenes drawn in separate images.The plot of Tick! Tack! takes place in the same universe where people, deities and demons exist together. The main characters of the previous part, Rin Tsuchimi (an ordinary person, a student of Baben's school), Nerine (princess of the demon world and Rin's love) and several other characters find themselves in the past, in the times when Nerine's father, Forbes, had not yet become king. The young prince is torn between two girls - he is engaged to Ai, but the maid Sage is in love with him. The player's actions determine who Forbes will end up with and who, accordingly, will become the princess's mother. The mechanics of changing time are implemented - Nerine's appearance will change, making her look like her mother, depending on which of the heroines ends up with her in this timeline.
