In Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, the hero goes on an adventure to stop a despotic ruler by looting, shooting, witchcraft, and destroying everything in his path. Here the user is offered an unpredictable adventure, which is full of different wonders that occur in a fairy-tale world, as well as wacky jokes and non-standard incidents. The looter shooter is considered a spinoff of the main Borderlands series, but with an emphasis on fantasy rather than science fiction.

Gamer embarks on an epic adventure, the events of which unfold in the world invented by tiny Tina. Here the user finds himself in a fabulous universe, where magic, weapons, swords, and various wonders are mixed. At the start, the user is asked to create a hero, who is sent on a responsible mission. A guy needs to take down a dragon lord who is terrorizing the local land by sending his henchmen - various monsters. As the player progresses, he has to use magic, loot, shoot enemies and chop them up with blades, and descends into dungeons full of various loot needed to level up. In the process, the player also gets a sea of jokes and humor, trying to prove his superiority to all the locals.
