A pair of research scientists help dying people get memories of events they dreamed of in To the Moon. In the adventure, employees of the Sigmund company learned to implant artificial memories in a person, giving the opportunity to get what he did not get in his entire life. In the center of events is Johnny - a man who always dreamed of visiting the Moon.Game characters:
- Neil Watts - one of the protagonists, an infantile middle-aged scientist. The doctor likes to joke, act thoughtlessly, but sometimes is a little cowardly.

- Joey Wiles - his twin brother, who was accidentally hit by a car by his mother.
- Martha is the mother of the brothers, who, having received an injury due to the death of her son, calls her living twin brother by the name of the dead one.

In the near future, a wish fulfillment agency is created, which fulfills just one dream a couple of hours before death. The agency's employees use a special device, with the help of which immersion in memories is carried out. Here they make the dream come true, and the device calculates life anew, introducing updated data into the brain. This is what doctors Eve and Neil do. One day, John comes to the researchers, dreaming of a long journey. The gamer observes the life of the protagonist in the process, only in reverse order. The user learns that the character was not previously interested in this celestial body and will understand the reasons why the old man wanted to go there. Much attention is paid to details - there are many paper rabbits scattered on the floor of the house, and a platypus constantly following a man who demands to be called Johnny. Here the user mainly wanders around the locations in search of objects, with the help of which synchronization with different parts of the memory takes place, periodically solving puzzles.
