Tom Clancys Ghost Recon tells the story of an attempt by Russian rebels to restore the communist regime on their territory. An elite military group called the Ghosts is sent to the center of action as the main line of defense for the US government.The squad is ready to carry out various missions, having in its ranks a silent sniper, a sharpshooter, a pyrotechnic expert, and a master of support or cover during dense enemy fire. The player has the ability to switch to all characters, while maintaining command of the group. The situation with command partially changes in the multiplayer mode of the game, then only some of the fighters are available. For successful completion of missions, points are awarded to improve the squad and increase the diversity of the arsenal. Additional missions open up new characters with an alternative type of weapon. Ghost Recon has paid due attention to the damage system. Wounds in the limbs reduce movement speed, damage to the body and head is almost fatal. The game features working equipment, interaction with it is possible, but direct control is not. Moving along the storyline, depending on the situation in the game world, the Ghost squad will be transferred between several countries. While waiting for the order to return home, the fighters will eliminate, liquidate and rescue until the situation becomes stable again.
