Tom Clancys Splinter Cell Double Agent is the fourth part of the famous franchise. The plot still centers on an agent named Sam Fisher. The plot begins when the hero is carrying out an operation in Iceland. The protagonist and his partner must prevent the launch of a missile located at a secret power plant. However, the partner still gives himself away and is captured by terrorists, after which he is shot in front of Sam. Despite the complication of the situation, the agent still manages to stop the launch and disrupt the criminals' plans. The story will repeatedly show the viewer unexpected turns of events. For example, as soon as Fisher completes the operation, his friend Lambert tells him about the death of his daughter. The grief-stricken hero no longer finds life sweet, so he is ready to take on any job. The agency offers Sam to infiltrate the criminal organization ADB and become a spy. The player will have to make a series of important decisions that will ultimately affect the ending. There are 3 of them, one for each faction and the last one is neutral. The plot mainly develops in cut scenes, which are filled with dynamics and action. The gameplay of Tom Clancys Splinter Cell Double Agent involves a third-person camera view, which significantly increases the overview. The emphasis in the passage will have to be made on stealth, because the character is completely alone behind enemy lines and cannot afford liberties. Nevertheless, the hero always has a weapon with him, which he masterfully knows how to use. The gamer also has access to a variety of spy devices, with which you can carry out surveillance, wiretapping, etc.. You will have to resort not only to shooting, but also to hand-to-hand combat, because a good agent must be able to do everything.
