In Townsmen - A Kingdom Rebuilt you will have to settle on spacious lands and manage your wards. You are the ruler of your own kingdom, whose inhabitants expect the right decisions from their king. Architects and builders will be busy creating new buildings and cities, workers will mine wood and ore, and farmers and fishermen will deliver food to the castle. Not all lands are fertile, you will have to look for them, pave the way and install farms. At the start of each match, you will have a castle, several free peasants and initial resources. If you use them correctly, you will soon create a medieval city with a population of over 1000 people. There will be numerous obstacles on the way to this. You will have to help the people and make them happy by fulfilling the requirements. Buildings will have to be cleaned and taxes will have to be collected from them. Less happy residents give less taxes. The change of seasons brings new opportunities and problems. In winter, you will have to stock up on clothes, and in summer, get more water. Farms work poorly in frosty weather, but in summer they squeeze themselves to the maximum. You will have to resist disasters in the form of plague, hurricane, landslide, fire or bandit attacks. Wells and firefighters save you from fires, and knights will fight bandits or walls with towers will stop them.
