Transformers War for Cybertron takes players to the times of the conflict between the Autobots and Decepticons, which occurred before the events known from the previous parts. This production is in no way connected with the subsequent cinematic adaptations of the popular saga about the conflict between the robots, and the plot is an introduction to the events known from the previous games. The action takes place on the fully mechanized home planet of the robots, Cybertron, engulfed in a devastating war between the Autobots and Decepticons for millions of years. Participating in subsequent missions, the user takes on the role of the Transformers characters known from the films. There are two campaigns that can be completed in any order. The first offers the opportunity to fight for the Decepticons, trying to get Black Energon, which will allow their ruler Megatron to ultimately win the war and gain unlimited power. In the second, you will have to fight for the Autobots and try to stop the eternal rivals. In addition to the campaign, which can be played alone or with a friend, there is also an escalation mode (eliminating successive waves of attacking opponents) and six multiplayer modes (Deathmatch, Team Fight, Conquest, Code of Power, Countdown to Destruction and Battle) for influence. In the online game, you need to get experience points, which are then invested in the development of additional abilities. In addition, each robot has its own ability to turn into a machine, for example, Megatron can turn into a combat mech, and Starscream into an airplane.
