Tunnel Rats provides the user with a campaign in which the main character is an American soldier - the only survivor of an ambush on his squad. The action takes place in Vietnam during the war between the two countries. The character finds himself alone, however, he will continue to carry out the tasks assigned to him. The actions will be carried out during 8 story missions, unfolding sequentially. Gradually, it will be possible to increase the hero's health reserve.During the passage of Tunnel Rats, the player will encounter enemy troops, which can be dealt with using several types of weapons. For example, there is a pistol, a machine gun and a rifle. They are effective, respectively, at close, medium and long distances. The user is given the opportunity to independently choose from the given set the weapon with which he wants to go into battle against opponents. There is a system for collecting items that drop from opponents and increase health.In total, there are 10 types of weapons, which will be opened gradually, as you progress. In addition to armed enemies, sometimes you can encounter traps placed in locations. There are 20 types of them, each of which has characteristic features. Some can be located in an open field, others - indoors, and others - in hard-to-reach areas. Accordingly, they also differ in the damage inflicted, which the player will receive in the event of interaction.
