Twisted Metal III - an arcade game about transport battles. Players control one of twelve unique vehicles, and each of them is equipped with different weapons and abilities. The main objective is to engage in combat with other vehicles, using various weapons and maneuvers to outlast and destroy opponents. There are two main modes: Tournament and Deathmatch.In the tournament, players go through eight levels, with each level featuring increasingly difficult opponents. The goal is to destroy all enemy vehicles in each level to advance to the next. Users start with three lives and can gain additional health by collecting health icons scattered throughout the levels. A health bar, displayed in the lower left corner of the screen, shows the remaining health of the vehicle, which decreases when damaged by enemy attacks. Deathmatch mode allows up to four players to compete against each other. It is possible to include computer-controlled enemies in the match. The match ends when one player destroys all of the other players' vehicles, after which the match resets and a new round begins. Depending on the level selected, you can compete against up to seven enemy vehicles. This mode emphasizes fast-paced combat and the strategic use of weapons and power-ups to outlast your opponents. The control system is complex, with the ability to accelerate, turn, brake, reverse, activate turbo boost, and use weapons.
