Events Undungeon take place in a multiverse where 7 parallel worlds mixed up after the Great Shift. The interdimensional agency Herald`s Undercover Bay took over the problem. The player controls the Herald, a member of this powerful organization. In search of answers, the main character went to the ancient settlement of Arhaban. Here, the Wastelands are waiting for him - the sands that are divided among themselves by warlike nomads and wild animals.

According to the plot, Herald is one of the 7 Messengers. These powerful creatures hold the Cores, mysterious artifacts associated with the Shift. Heralds follow the call of the relics and travel the world, hoping to unravel the cause of the cataclysm. Wanderers move around the area, where locations are randomly generated. In case of death, a completely different card will be waiting for you upon your return. In addition, due to the instability of the multiverse, you will be able to travel in time. As you progress, new Heralds open, allowing you to get into the future or the past.

The heroes explore the area and find various relics. Items give 2 types of effects: passive and active (runes). The things of the first type increase certain parameters, and the second ones endow the character with new skills or improve old skills. Runes are implanted into the character's body and are located in cells that can be connected to each other, getting various combinations.

On the way there will be friendly and aggressive NPCs. You can trade with the former, or recruit them into your agency. Try to find out the information you need from hostile individuals. If they refuse to cooperate, join the battle and take what you want by force. In battles, carry out different blows, attacking close or stepping back. Stay stronger with buffs and weaken the enemy with debuffs. You can heal right during the battle, but you should be careful that your "first aid kit" is not stolen by opponents.
