The tactical shooter Venom Codename: Outbreak begins in 2012, when many meteorites fell on the Earth, destroying some of the infrastructure. The gamer will be in the role of a soldier of a secret organization, who will have to find out all the information about what happened. In the gameplay, the user controls two wards. Having taken control of the first hero, you can give commands to the second, or switch between them at any time. Each ward has his own inventory, which stores a limited number of items, since things are weighty.Before starting any mission, the player can set the time of day. The main weapon is a universal rifle that can turn into a machine gun, shotgun or grenade launcher. There is an optical sight that allows you to use the weapon as a sniper. Basically, you will need to move stealthily around the location and try not to give yourself away. The user will encounter huge or small creatures, will be able to use tanks or artillery, and will also overcome traps.
