Warhammer 40,000: Fire Warrior is an unusual project based on the futuristic universe of Warhammer. Firstly, this is not a boring strategy, but a first-person shooter. Secondly, the main character in the game will not be a hackneyed superman or space marine, but a representative of the Tau empire, a fighter from the Fire Warriors caste. The plot of Warhammer 40,000: Warrior of the Fire Caste will take place on the planet Dolumar 4. Main characters: Tau self-defense units, the Imperial human invasion fleet, and Tau renegades who have fallen under the influence of Chaos. The plot events take place over the course of one day. During this time, the protagonist will have time to save the planet's governor, fight the knights of the Ultramarines order, and, uniting with them, punish the evil traitor Severus. In the end, the planet is destroyed by the human star fleet, as it was infected by the followers of Chaos. The game contains 20 levels. The locations are linear and consist of long corridors with dead-end branches. It is impossible to get lost on the map, and the player will always reach the next key point or boss. You can arm yourself with several types of weapons, and there are few weapons native to the protagonist. These are pulse and rail rifles, plus a carbine. The rest of the guns are of imperial manufacture, taken from the enemy. Each weapon has an alternative fire mode, and the character also carries 8 grenades with him. They are thrown manually or launched from an underbarrel grenade launcher on a carbine.
