Warsworn: Dragon of Japan - is a real-time strategy game set in the scenery of Sengoku-era Japan. Players will start their own clan, compete in battles and develop their own grand strategy of war during the campaign to unite Japan.
The gameplay of the game is a lot like wargames with two phases - strategic and tactical. In the strategic phase, the player needs to found his own clan, within which he can deal with a wide variety of issues. Cities need to be improved, conduct research, hire new recruits and disperse those who have not lived up to trust, use the special abilities of characters, choose a different direction, use espionage and diplomacy, and develop tactics and strategies for waging war.
In the tactical phase, everything is extremely simple - we deploy troops and prepare for battle, and then we take into account the strength of the troops, their type, formation, tactical advantages and weather conditions.
The system of diplomacy, espionage and honor is much more interesting. Honor in the game is not just for show, but determines the degree of trust of different factions in the player. If the player sent his spy on a mission and he got caught, the reputation will be seriously damaged and diplomatic missions will become much more difficult, because no one wants to deal with the dishonorable ruler.
In addition to the story mode, the game offers co-op for up to 4 players at a time.
Features of the game:
- A real-time strategy game set in Japan during the Sengoku era.
- Extended and well-developed system of diplomacy and espionage.
- Unite Japan in Story Mode, or invite up to 3 friends to co-op.
- Manage your own clan, expand the territory, monitor the economy, develop cities and research technologies.
