Wasteland 2: Director's Cut

The events of the second part take us to the post-apocalyptic world, where two powers - the USA and the USSR started the Third World War using atomic bombs. The leader of one of the largest factions - the Desert Rangers - General Vargas, who saved the wasteland from artificial intelligence in the first part Wasteland 2: Director's Cut, hears radio broadcasts that talk about the unification of machines and people, and that the Desert Rangers are the only hindrance in this world. The second part is the same third-person role-playing strategy, where we send soldiers on important assignments, pump each soldier and buy new weapons for him.

The plot unfolds from the event when Vargas sends Ace - a veteran of combat against artificial intelligence - to a radio tower to install an interceptor in order to determine the location of the signal. After some time, Ace is found killed, and Vargas creates a new squad at the funeral, which goes to the Wasteland to find out the details and find the culprits..

The capabilities of the fighters remained the same. Crossfire, support for snipers and stormtroopers, separate classes for heroes, characterizing their capabilities based on the selected weapons - the same mechanics as in the first part. Much also depends on the dialogue and vocabulary development of the characters. If you can correctly deliver the speech of the heroes, then they will more often find diplomatic solutions, and not decide everything by war.

The combat system has also been changed. If you want to stop the enemy, then shoot him in the legs, and if you decide to blow him up in front of your eyes, then act with a gun and explosive cartridges! Opponents scatter into meat!
