Wurm unlimited Is a sandbox survival game with single and multiplayer modes. The characters do not have classes, but 133 abilities are available with the possibility of pumping and 10 physiological indicators. The skill leveling speed can be changed in the settings. In this game, you can try yourself in different directions: do terraforming, process stone, cook, build ships, raise livestock and bees, hunt or fish, fight, master the subtleties of weaponry, create furniture and even meditate.

If you challenge the gods, there is a chance to become one of them and ascend to Valrea. The character will be able to found a kingdom or a settlement, develop an economy and collect taxes from residents. During construction, mines must be strengthened, otherwise they will collapse. There are many recipes for crafting in Wurm Unlimited, where it is not necessary to follow the instructions 100%. Animals can be butchered with any cutting object, but it will affect the quality of the result. Any vessel up to a bucket is also suitable for cooking. If the player wants to delve into the development of culinary skills, then he can take up winemaking, produce cider or rice vodka.

The flow of time affects the game world: all buildings gradually collapse, land plots are overgrown with grass, a forest can gradually grow on the road, and residents, trees and animals die of old age. There is a change in time of day, weather and seasons of the year. Archeology has the same mechanic. The character can explore the locations where the settlements were located, find out the names of their inhabitants and dig up things suitable for everyday use. The hero has different ways of moving: you can run, climb and even swim. The character will suffer from thirst and hunger, the quality of food and the amount of sleep will also affect his condition.
