In YUME, the user will unravel a mysterious story, solving all sorts of riddles. The player will have to move in a two-dimensional space through an abandoned theater, made in a luxurious Baroque style, but fallen into disrepair. Among the broken galleries, broken furniture and dark corridors, the protagonist will find various objects. The gameplay consists of combining, combining and finding uses for them, thereby solving the puzzles set by the game. Among the riddles that the game offers, there will also be mini-games, for example, pressing the right buttons or composing a sequence of elements. The plot of YUME tells the story of a girl who went to an abandoned theater, having only a flashlight with her. There, she suddenly felt weak and lost consciousness, seeing in her dreams another heroine, similar to her like two peas in a pod, but dressed differently. Perhaps this is the reincarnation of the protagonist, living not in a peaceful modern era, but during a brutal war. To solve this mystery, the protagonist continues to explore the abandoned building, trying to remember something about her past life - in which she will be helped by flashbacks of memories and switching between characters. Flashback scenes are animated and drawn with meticulous realism.
