The melted glaciers uncovered a dangerous microorganism, which scientists managed to take control of and transfer to a secret laboratory. Unfortunately, failure to comply with sanitary standards and biosafety requirements by one employee led to the virus breaking out. It seems that nothing can stop it. The number of sick people was rapidly increasing, only a few managed to leave the outbreak without getting infected. Now humanity in Zombie City Defense 2 is concentrated in the Iron Corps. This is a squad of the last survivors, traveling around the world in search of provisions, resources and other healthy people. If there is a suitable structure near the camp, it becomes a refuge from the influx of monsters. The team periodically has to fight crowds of creatures in different terrain and in any weather. Sometimes you have to use the cover of snipers, somewhere - the help of sappers to mine objects, and somewhere - the services of flamethrowers who burn hordes of zombies. The enemy is cunning, there is nothing human left in it. The microorganism has evolved so much that now zombies can reproduce.
