8-Bit Hordes is a real-time strategy game following 8-Bit Armies. A base that requires modernization (only applies to the headquarters) and material investments, as well as tactical planning for attacking enemies, armed forces that need to be expanded so as not to lose in power to opponents - all this awaits directly in the gameplay itself. The choice to lead an army of orcs and undead or elves, humans and gnomes is up to the gamer. Factions differ not only in race, but also in buildings: orcs use primitive ones, while humans use medieval ones. However, in any case, the direction is taken to storm fortresses and destroy fire-breathing dragons, overturn cemeteries in search of resources, as well as battles with enemy armies. Here, the troops are delimited by a color palette, so you won’t have to, looking at this hodgepodge, get lost in guesses about where yours is and where the enemy’s.There are missions that can be completed in offline mode, there are also separate tasks for playing with comrades. Different battle settings: from the underworld to castles and haunted forests. The fighting in 8-Bit Hordes is carried out with a colorful voxel background. The mechanics are incredibly simple: even a beginner who has never been to games of this kind can cope with a bright interpretation of the fantasy RTS genre.
