In Bladestar, go on an exciting journey through the galaxy, visit unusual planets with aggressive local organisms that release their defensive fleet to meet you. The main character is a pilot of a Manta Starfighter fighter, equipped with various weapons and upgrades. He will have to confront alien forces, sky pirates and oncoming bandits. There are two modes to choose from: story and arcade. Depending on the method and chosen style of overcoming obstacles, one of several endings will await at the end. Each level is designed uniquely, adhering to a given palette of colors and themes. The main task is to collect blue balls scattered in random places around the location, which ends the wave, starting a new one, and along the way destroy opponents, celestial bodies and debris flying at the protagonist. In total, there are 10 waves on each map and a final boss. To facilitate passage through the area, bonuses are scattered that open up new devices that are used in battle. After completing a sortie, points are awarded that can be spent on increasing lives, opening a secret area or upgrading the vessel and pilot.Bladestar can only have one weapon installed on board out of three available. It is also allowed to deploy up to two drones, each on its own side, which fire single projectiles at opponents. They will not be able to resist the opposing force alone, but they are a great help, adding firepower to attacks. There are two types of shields: one that covers the entire hull - is destroyed by the first hit, and one that rotates separately around the sphere, which can withstand projectiles, and is destroyed upon collision with objects.
