The main character works as an inflictor of cruelty. He is tasked with harming certain people and temporarily sending them into oblivion until they pay for a new life. The single player mode in Cruelty Squad is divided into 19 missions. It is also possible to choose the difficulty level. The conditions of the game depend on it. Power In Misery is suitable for beginners. They are allowed to restore health by eating killed opponents. Working as a killer is not the only source of income for the protagonist. He dismembers his victims and sells their organs at the market. In his free time, he goes fishing. The caught fish is used for his own food and sale. The hero will live in the headquarters of an organization of hired cruelty-makers. Instead of ordinary organic entrails, wealthy residents of the planet prefer to install modified implants and augmentations. Eliminating ordinary civilians is not prohibited. The killer works for a reputable security company that has power over the government of the state. A fighter will not be punished for killing civilians for their organs. But in missions he will need to destroy the enemies of the new system - sectarians who oppose immortality, law enforcement officers, criminals, business competitors.
