Da Capo 2 is a visual novel, which is a continuation of Da Capo. In this part, the player will see the continuation of the story, unfolding half a century after the events of the previous episode. The protagonist of the game is Yoshiyuki Sakurai - a student of the Kazemi school, living near the sisters Otome and Yume Asakura, the granddaughters of Junichi from the previous part of the series. Sakura Yoshino, a character from the previous part, wished to have a wish-fulfilling tree - and by the time of the action of the modern plot, it fulfills all wishes, both good and bad. The main characters will have to solve this problem and save the island of Hatsunejima, as well as experience the development of their own relationships - friendship, sympathy and love.The gameplay of Da Capo 2 is the same as other representatives of its genre, and consists of reading dialogues, choosing the right answers and moving through actions and decisions to one of the endings. However, there are also some original elements. As before, this project has a map along which you can move in search of random encounters and sudden turns. There are also some small additions: for example, the user can even change the time on the alarm clock - by setting it to another time or not setting it at all, you can lead the development of the storyline in a completely different direction.
