DEAD OR ALIVE 5 Last Round: Core Fighters is a fighting game with numerous innovations. Added costumes for characters, customizable hairstyles and several new levels. Improved graphics and performance, removed numerous minor bugs. This part has all 32 heroes presented in the Ultimate episode, as well as 4 heroes from the Virtua Fighter series and three fighters from the arcade version: Phase-4, Netengu and Marie Rose.4 new characters:

• Naotora Ii - a guest participant from Samurai Warriors.
• Honoka – An 18-year-old schoolgirl from Japan, she uses her own fighting style called Honoka-Fu. Has no experience in battles, but has knowledge of combat techniques taken from other fighters. Contains a mysterious power.
• Mai Shiranui came from the Fatal Fury part.
• Raido is an embittered ninja and Ayane's father. Uses techniques and attacks taken from other characters. Was killed in the first part of the project, but was reborn as an undead cyborg. He has no memories of anything good, only the ability to copy the combat skills of other heroes.

The player will take part in several modes: multiplayer match, free play or campaign. In the story mode, you will have to go through successive missions for the main characters. In other matches, you can choose one of several characters to use their main abilities. The gamer will take control of the following characters: Bayman, Akira Yuki, Alpha-152, Ayane, Hitomi, Kokoro, Jann Lee and others.
